为了实现电液比例阀的双向比例控制,研制了一种利用专门用于阀用直线电机控制的基于芯片LMD18200的电路来实现双向控制要求,利用模拟电路设计产生PWM信号占空比可调来实现比例控制要求的控制器。研究分析了电机控制芯片电路的控制过程,模拟电路产生的PWM信号的占空比和频率调节原理。理论分析和实物实验表明,所设计的比例控制器性能可靠。利用MATLAB曲线拟合出指令信号差值和PWM信号占空比的关系。通过线性回归验证,能够通过调节PWM信号满足双向比例放大的需求。
Abstract
In order to achieve bidirectional proportional control of electrohydraulic proportional valve, we develop a controller to realize bidirectional control by using a circuit based on the chip LMD18200 which is specially used for valve linear motor control, and to realize proportional control by using an analog circuit design to generate the PWM signal with adjustable duty cycle. The control process of motor control chip, the duty cycle and the frequency adjustment principle of PWM signal generated by an analog circuit are studied and analyzed. Theoretical analysis and physical experiments show that the designed proportional controller is reliable. The relationship between the command signal difference and the duty cycle of PWM signal is fitted by the MATLAB curve. With linear regression verification, we can make the controller meet the demand of bidirectional proportional amplification by adjusting the PWM signal.
