针对液压系统中阀芯位移需实时检测的设计要求,设计了一种基于分离元件的液压阀用位移传感器检测电路,并详细分析了正弦发生模块和解调模块的工作原理,然后将该电路与采用集成芯片AD698搭建的检测电路在线性度、滞环、输出电压的阶跃响应、正弦跟随特性以及稳定性方面进行了实验对比。实验表明,使用分离元件搭建的检测电路在动静态性能方面略差于采用集成芯片搭建的检测电路,但电路成本低,温度稳定性良好。
Abstract
According to the real-time design requirement of spool displacement in hydraulic system, a new sensor detecting circuit based on discrete component is designed. Then the study makes a concrete analysis of the sine signal generator and the demodulation module. We compare this circuit with the circuit based on AD698 chip in linearity, hysteresis, step response of output voltage, characteristics of sine wave and stability. Experimental results show that the sensor conditioning circuit based on AD698 chip has a higher performance in static and dynamic aspects, but with low cost and good temperature stability.
