分析了悬臂式掘进机液压系统油液污染物的来源,指出油液污染控制的重要性。通过对悬臂式掘进机液压系统分析,建立了油液污染控制的数学方程,并对各相关因素进行分析,指出悬臂式掘进机液压系统油液污染度的影响因素。针对油液污染的影响因素,提出悬臂式掘进机液压系统油液污染控制的方法措施,减少液压系统故障发生的概率,进而提高液压系统的可靠性,为液压系统油液污染控制提供了理论依据。
Abstract
The sources of oil contamination in hydraulic system of boom-type road header are analyzed, and the important significance of the oil pollution control is pointed out. Then, the mathematical equationof the hydraulic contamination control system is established and the related influencing factors are analyzed. The factors that affect oil contamination of boom road header are presented to reduce the probability of failure, and then improve the reliability of hydraulic system. It is very useful for the oil contamination control of hydraulic system.
