摘要

目前评定液压传动滤芯过滤性能的多次通过试验法是在恒定流量下进行,脉动流量下的评定方法正在制定中。对旁通分流实现滤芯脉动流量下多次通过试验方法存在的问题进行了探讨,使用AMESim软件对旁通分流条件下的流量脉动波形进行了仿真分析,对试验结束时油箱的重量污染度进行了计算。仿真及计算结果表明,旁通分流很难满足脉动流量波形及油箱重量污染度的要求。

Abstract

Currently, the multi-pass test for evaluating hydraulic filter element filtration performance is under constant flow conditions. The evaluation method under cyclic flow conditions is being developed. The problems of multi-pass test method under cyclic flow conditions through bypass valve are discussed, and the cyclic flow waveform through bypass valve is simulated by software AMESim, and the weight contamination concentration of the oil in the test tank at the end of the test is calculated. The simulation and calculation results show that it is difficult to meet the requirements of the cyclic flow waveform and the weight contamination concentration of the oil in the test tank.
