摘要

薄膜反馈节流器作为液体静压轴承的关键部件,其性能的优劣对液体静压轴承的性能有决定性的影响。目前对薄膜反馈节流器的研究更多的是理论推导分析,为了更准确直观的研究薄膜反馈节流器在不同油腔压力作用下膜片应力分布及变形情况,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用双向流固耦合法分析了流体和固体之间的相互作用,研究了节流器出口压力以及金属膜片特性对整个节流器性能的影响,得到不同油腔压力作用下金属弹性膜片的变形情况,对薄膜反馈节流器的设计及选用有一定参考价值。

Abstract


The film feedback restrictor is the key component of hydrostatic bearings, and it has significant impact on the performance of hydrostatic bearings. Current research on the film feedback restrictor is mostly focused on the theoretical analysis, in order to study the stress distribution and deformation of the diaphragm of the film feedback restrictor under different oil cavity pressures more accurately and intuitively. By means of the analysis method of bidirectional coupling interaction between fluid and solid section in the software ANSYS, the study on effects of restrictor device the outlet pressure and the metal diaphragm
characteristics on the whole throttle performance is carried out. The conclusions of different deformation situations under different oil cavity pressures are drawn, which has a certain reference value for the design and selection of film feedback restrictor.
