摘要

针对某型履带式车辆换挡操纵装置的结构及工作原理,分析了气动换挡机构的要求,设计了气动换挡机构,阐述了该机构的工作原理,建立了机构工作的数学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建了仿真系统,对换挡气缸进行仿真分析,对实车进行了改造并进行了试验。试验结果表明:新设计的气动换挡执行机构能够满足该型履带式车辆的换挡要求。

Abstract

 In allusion to the structure and work principle of a certain type of tracked vehicle’s gear shifting mechanism, the design request of the pneumatic gearshift actuator is analyzed. According to the request, a pneumatic gearshift actuator is designed, and the work principle of the actuator is introduced and the mathematical model of the work process is established. Through the simulation system established by the MATLAB/Simulink, the characteristic of the cylinder is analyzed. Finally, a test is conducted on a real vehicle, and the result of the test shows that the new designed pneumatic gear shifting mechanism can well satisfy the tracked vehicles’ request of gear shifting.
