摘要

对国外一种带阻尼柱塞的新型先导式溢流阀的稳态特性进行了跟踪研究,介绍了该阀的结构特点及工作原理。基于软件AMESim建立数学模型,进行压力流量特性仿真分析。进行实验数据和仿真数据的对比分析。仿真和实验结果表明,数学模型建立正确,带阻尼柱塞先导式溢流阀结构有效改善了溢流阀的压差流量特性,最大调压偏差由7%降至4%。

Abstract

For the purpose of studying on static characteristics of a pilot relief valve with damping piston, we introduce the valve’s structure and its working principle, and build the mathematic model based on AMESim to obtain the characteristic of pressureflow rate. The results show that the model is appropriate and the new pilot relief valve improves the characteristic of pressureflow rate. The maximum pressure deviation is reduced by 4%.
