针对MC90Y煤层气车载专用钻机起升系统大载荷负载的工作特性,建立了AMESim分析模型,分析结果表明,负载达到30t以上时,常规平衡阀设计方案存在发散趋势的压力剧烈波动问题,会对液压元件的性能和寿命造成不利影响,通过增加平衡阀回油阻尼,消除了压力与流量的发散波动,在不同负载下,系统都表现出正常的收敛调节特性。钻机现场作业表明,起升系统在大负载条件下运行平稳,没有出现压力大幅波动。
Abstract
In order to analyze the work characteristic of the lifting system of MC90Y under the condition of large negative load, the AMESim analysis model was built. The result shows that when the load is larger than 30 tons, the pressure fluctuation with divergent trends will appear in the design using the conventional balancing valve, which causes an adverse effect on the performance of hydraulic components and life. After the damping of the balance valve oil control route is increased, the divergent fluctuation is eliminated, and the normal convergence features appear in different loads. The field work of drilling shows that the lifting system runs smoothly and no larger pressure fluctuation is found.
