摘要

悬架液压系统是多轴线重型液压载重车的重要工作系统之一。分析了传统悬架液压系统中运用双管路防爆阀和单向管路防爆阀以及两种防爆阀联合使用三种防爆回路的工作原理以及存在的缺陷与不足,介绍了一种新型双向防爆阀的基本结构与工作原理,并将其应用在多轴线重型液压载重车悬架液压系统管路的失压保护中,通过试验测试验证了改进后的悬架液压系统在管路爆裂时,能有效防止车辆倾覆,具有可靠性高、成本更低、位置布置灵活,安装方便等优点。

Abstract

The suspension hydraulic system is one of the important work systems in the multi-axis heavy transporter. The working principle and the defects and deficiencies of three kinds of traditional suspension hydraulic system, which using dual circuit pipeline explosion-proof valve and unidirectional explosion-proof valve and two types of joint use of explosion-proof valve circuit, are analyzed. The basic structure and the working principle of a new type bidirectional pipe explosion-proof valve applied in multi-axis heavy transporter suspension hydraulic system piping pressure loss protection are introduced. The results show that the improved suspension hydraulic system can effectively prevent the vehicle from overturning and be of high reliability, at a lower cost, of flexible layout position, and of easy installation through the experimental testing.
