分析电磁球阀的工作原理,设计出一款大流量的电磁球阀,并推导出其系统方框图和传递函数框图,利用Simulink软件进行仿真分析,得到电磁球阀的动态性能曲线。结果表明,设计的电磁球阀响应快,稳定性好,输出流量也有较大幅度的提升。
Abstract
The working principle of the solenoid ball valve is analyzed to design a high flow one. Its system block diagram and transfer function are established. Based on Simulink simulation, the dynamic performance curves of the valve are achieved. The results show that the solenoid ball valve has a fast response and a good stability, and the output flow rate increases quite remarkably.
