A design scheme of closed hydrostatic walking system for raspberry picking machine is studied. Combining with actual conditions of raspberry industrial park, we preliminarily determine a plan, and the development status of raspberry picking machine in China and application of hydraulic walking system in construction machinery are studied. The main technical parameters of raspberry picking machine are analyzed and the calculation and selection of hydraulic components are carried out. A closed hydrostatic walking system of raspberry picking machine is proposed by the analysis of flow pressure characteristics of hydraulic pump under different inclined plate inclination angles through the AMESim simulation. Finally, a prototype trial and a speed test are carried out to verify stability and feasibility of the design, so as to provide a technical reference for design of related mechanical products.
